Terms of Service

Effective October 25, 2026

The rules for booking and attending private online tutoring sessions with Bloom with Lianne.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Bloom with Lianne" mean Mercor America LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as Bloom with Lianne. "You" means the parent or legal guardian who books sessions. "Your child" means the student who attends them. Sessions are taught by Lianne Johnston, a UK qualified teacher (QTS and PGCE).

1. Our services

We provide private, live, one to one online tutoring for children aged 5 to 16, including children with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia and difficulties with focus and executive function. Our services are listed on our website with their prices.

Educational support only. Our sessions are teaching, not medical, psychological, diagnostic or therapeutic services. We do not diagnose conditions or provide treatment, and our work does not replace an evaluation or care from a licensed professional.

2. Who can book

Sessions must be booked by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. By booking, you confirm that you have the authority to enrol your child and to agree to these terms on their behalf.

3. Booking and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • The Discovery Session is paid in full when booked.
  • The Breakthrough Term and Signature Program can be paid in full or, where offered, in three monthly instalments. Instalments are charged automatically to the card you provide.
  • A place in a program is confirmed once the first payment is received.
  • If you have booked a Discovery Session, its price is credited toward a program bought within 30 days.

4. Sessions

  • Sessions last 50 minutes and take place on a secure video platform such as Zoom or Google Meet. You will need a device with a camera, a reliable internet connection and a quiet space.
  • A parent or guardian must be at home and reachable during every session for a child under 13, and is welcome to be present for older children.
  • Sessions start at the booked time. If your child joins late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.
  • Program sessions must be used within 16 weeks of the program start date.
  • Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Safeguarding and conduct

Your child's safety comes first. Sessions are never recorded without your written consent. We ask families to treat sessions with the same respect as a classroom. We may end a session, or our work together, if behaviour from any participant makes a session unsafe or unworkable. In that case any unused, prepaid sessions are refunded.

6. Progress and results

We set clear goals and share written notes after every session. Every child learns at their own pace, so we cannot guarantee specific grades, test scores or outcomes.

7. Materials

Worksheets, plans and other materials we provide are for your family's personal use. Please do not resell or publish them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by internet or video platform failures outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you buy a program applies to that program.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most concerns are resolved quickly by talking.
